Solstice is located in the peaceful seaside village of Kommetjie, one of the Cape\u2019s most prized surfing spots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solstice is an architect designed home just back from Long Beach. The main house which, you will have exclusive access to, has 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. The house is modern and spacious, comfortably sleeping 8. There is a large state-of-the art kitchen, a swimming pool, an alarm system with on demand security and an outside entertainment area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The house is equipped with solar panels and an inverter which, creates its own sustainable energy source. Should you get tired of the endless nature surrounding you there is also high speed wifi throughout. The house is just a stone\u2019s throw from a perfect long white beach where you can choose to be active or to relax. As perfect days meld into perfect nights there is no better way to wind down than to enjoy traditional sundowners as you watch the sun melt into the horizon while enjoying some of the Cape\u2019s legendary food and wine with family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
